Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Halloween is the time of year when you are able to prank someone really bad. It’s fun to go out and get various amounts of candy. You can go out on Halloween and do a ring the doorbell and run kind of thing for fun. Halloween should not be outlawed then none of us could have as much fun as we would have then.

Hi, I’m Abby and I think Halloween is a fun holiday celebrated my millions of kids’ world wide. Halloween should definitely not be banned because it is the highlight of October every year for me, my neighbors, and everyone I know. Every family celebrates Halloween differently, some dress up and go trick-or-treating, some invite their friends and family over for a party, and some decorate their house in creepy décor. Halloween is not dangerous in any way, shape or form. This amazing holiday is a annual celebration and should not be outlawed, for it is very enjoyable and not dangerous at all.

Halloween is a fun holiday that gives children the opportunity to dress up and be silly. I think all children would be devastated if Halloween was outlawed. Kids all around the world look forward to Halloween every year. It’s the best part of October! Every family has different traditions they do for Halloween. If Halloween was banned those families traditions would be broken! Halloween is a safe holiday, so stop worrying and just have fun!

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed under any circumstance. Sure, there could be a few people who are wandering around while intoxicated, and they could do unpredictable things. Also, in the past, a few jokesters thought it would be funny to put razor blades in candy. But on the other hand, every child should be able to spend a Halloween dressed as a monster or a princess, going from house to house to get a sack full of candy. It’s also fun to see what houses have the big, full-size candy bars and packs of M’n’Ms. So, if anyone was planning on ruining a 6 year old’s fun, then you should think twice.

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be banned. It should not be banned because what kid wouldn’t want to get a bunch of free candy. Also it’s not dangerous because lots of people like to get dressed up with out anyone knowing. It’s also not dangerous because a lot of younger kids walk around with their parents and the older ones know to get out of the way for cars. Some kids even talk to their parents about Halloween and what to do so the children know what to do if something happens.

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Halloween shouldn’t be outlawed because kids get to dress up however they want. They get to eat candy and walk around with their friends. If you go in a neighborhood where you know most of the people, it’s not dangerous. Kids would be sad if Halloween was outlawed.

Halloween should not be outlawed. It’s a night where kids get to dress up, get candy, and have fun! Kids that are younger than fifth grade should just be with an adult, and kids who are going alone need to be responsible. Kids need to be careful on streets and Adults watching from their windows. As long as everybody is safe driving and the kids walking on the streets are safe it shouldn’t be outlawed. It’s a fun night where you get free candy and get to dress up!

I think Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Think of all of the kids that have fun on Halloween night. I am kind of a Holladay now every cant waits till Halloween. I love Halloween even the adults still dress up and you get a lot of candy. A lot of people leave their house. Every person thinks it’s a good idea. All of the little kids think they are super heroes in their costumes that night is the only night kids can really be what they want to be.

Halloween is not dangerous and it should not be outlawed. Halloween has been around for many years. It’s the day that we all dress up in costumes and get a ton of candy. This is a holiday that we can be stress free and express who we are deep down inside. Halloween is a pretty safe holiday. People who go trick-or-treating are usually prepared with bright vests and flashlights to make sure they are safe. Why would we outlaw this holiday? This is Americas past time holiday. If we get rid of Halloween it’s like getting rid of Christmas and Thanksgiving.

ChristianS/A2B2 said...

Halloween is not dangerous I don’t think it should be outlawed. The reasons I don’t think it should be outlawed is because little kids love dressing up and going around and getting candy including me and all my other friends and family. We love getting candy and then staying up all night eating it and then of course my mom takes it and hides it when I leave it anywhere. I think it is fun for kids little to big. They should not outlaw it.

JosephM A2B2 said...

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. I think Halloween should not be outlawed because it has been a tradition for a long time to go trick or treating. I think we should have the right to go trick or treating because it is a fun holidays and kids love to dressing up and getting free candy. Halloween is something most kids look forward to all year so its not dangerous unless the kids do something dangerous. Most parents go trick or treating with their kids every year so a lot of kids get adult supervision.

DeclanFA2B2 said...

I think Halloween is not dangerous and should remain an annual holiday. Halloween is a wonderful time of year when kids got door to door asking for treats. Many adults have fun on Halloween too. They can go around the neighborhood with their kids seeing all the fun they have. Halloween is very fun, not dangerous, and it should not be outlawed.

AngelinaFA2B2 said...

I think Halloween is safe and should not be outlawed. Halloween is a festive holiday that many people enjoy. If someone thinks that Halloween is unsafe then they do not have to participate in the festivities. October 31st is a time for kids to dress up and use there imaginations. Its more than just a day to receive candy, it’s a day to use your imagination and have fun. As a kid Halloween was a big deal and I don’t think that it would be fair if today’s generation of kids had to miss out on that.

Kyle N A1B1 said...

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed because it is harmless and gives young children candy once a year. It is harmless to children as long as they have adults with them nothing could go wrong. There are some things adults should watch out for like if the road is a byssi road but author than that could happen to the children. If you are one of the people that think Halloween should be outlawed I bet it’s just because you don’t like children and that’s just plain unfair to the children. Halloween is a great experience for young children we should not ruin it for the children

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. I think it is not dangerous because usually there are adults around to help. There is also no harm around. Kids go trick or treating every year and no one gets hurt. Kid may trip because they’re running fast or because of their costumes. Halloween should not be outlawed.

KeatingZA2B2 said...

Halloween is a popular holiday celebrated all over the world, known for free candy and spooky stories. Some people believe that Halloween should be outlawed because it’s dangerous. I’m sorry, but I disagree. Halloween is not a dangerous holiday. It’s a day where children can get free candy and dress up in elaborate costumes. Not to mention get their adrenaline pumping. Is there anything wrong with that? I think not. If Halloween was canceled, it would cause brokenhearted kids everywhere. Halloween has become more than a holiday. It’s a day where you can watch smiling children accept candy from you at your door, and a day where kids can be whoever they want to be alongside their good friends and their family. Halloween should not be outlawed for being dangerous, when clearly, its not.

JadynLA2B2 said...

Halloween is definitely not dangerous and it should not be outlawed. Kids and even adults love Halloween. Some people even wait all year just for Halloween. You get candy and get to wear a costume and be someone or something else for a day. This is not dangerous. This is letting kids be kids. If you take Halloween away there wouldn’t be at least one fun day of the year. Kids can’t miss this.

antoniop A2B2 said...

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Unless you want to be scared and go in. haunted houses. Halloween is not so scary and it’s not so dangerous if you trick or treat. Also it’s not dangerous at all. There is no harm to Halloween. It’s only once a year why would it be outlawed. Well maybe a kid might fall and get hurt but that does not mean Halloween is dangerous and Halloween should not be outlawed.

PetraV A2B2 said...

Halloween is not dangerous because Halloween is supposed to be a fun night for little kids to go out and get candy and dress up. Halloween should not be outlawed because if it was outlawed, then little kids would not be able to go out get candy. People have been celebrating Halloween for many years, why stop the tradition now? If people thought that Halloween was a bad idea, then why would we celebrate it in the first place? I always like getting a costume and going out to trick or treat.

MerrillWA2B2 said...

I think that Halloween should not be outlawed. It is a time for kids and adults to have a fun time going around and getting candy. Also, I think Halloween should not be outlawed because it is a time of fun time for little kids to dress up as their favorite character. Halloween is a time for kids to be kids. People have been trick or treating for generations so it has been a family tradition for many years.

AllauraBA2B2 said...

Halloween should not be outlawed because it is not meant to be a dangerous holiday and it isn’t. Why would you take away a holiday when you go out, dress up, get free candy and have fun? Not only that, but believe it or not, Halloween is actually exercise too. But that’s not the point. Could you imagine if you got all of your accessories, costume, effects and make up done, and ready to go and get some candy but then there was no Halloween? What would you do? It is easy to say it is dangerous, but is it really? What’s so dangerous about having a good time? Some people even say the candy could be poisoned but every year I have checked my candy and there was nothing wrong with it. When have you heard of poisoned candy? As long as you follow the trick-or-treating rules your parents provide to you, I can assure you’ll be fine. Happy Halloween.

TaylorLD1E1 said...

Halloween is not dangerous and it should not be outlawed. There are easy ways to prevent Halloween from being dangerous. Kids should always have adults with them so nothing bad happens to them. Kids and parents should also know where they’re going and where they are at all times. The best part of Halloween is the free candy and the cool costumes.

AustinBC2 said...

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Halloween is a holiday that many children enjoy. Halloween could be dangerous, but you just have to be safe. If you live in a neighborhood then Halloween is a lot safer. I’m not just saying don’t go Trick-or-treating out on a side road just be safe. The kids are having fun and dressing up and getting free candy. Why would people want to ruin the fun the kids.

EmilyJd2e2 said...

Halloween is dangerous and should be outlawed. Every year millions of children go out on Halloween to get candy from strangers. Most of these children do not know they are in danger. When children go out on Halloween they are asking for a crazy murderer to terrorize and kill them. Also it is not healthy for children to get and eat so much candy on one night. In a way, Halloween is just a holiday that jeopardizes the lives and health of millions of children.

AnthonyCD2E2 said...

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. People are worried about kids on Halloween because they think they could get hurt, lost, or abducted. This stuff hardly ever happens because the little kids always have parents with them so they are safe from those things. The older kids are smart enough and big enough for this stuff not to happen. The bigger kids know and are wary of these things. Plus most kids don’t tick or treat far from where there parents are, where other people are, and are usually in groups. Trick or treating is fun for kids and it wouldn’t be fair to take away the one day a year when they get to dress up and be something or someone else which is a great reason it should not be outlawed.

LoganBD2E2 said...

Halloween is not dangerous and it should not be outlawed. I say this because even though some people have a “wise” idea every once in a while, Halloween is a day that kids look forward to because they get to trick or treat and do many other fun activities. I personally also enjoy Halloween very much because it’s a day that I can hang out with my friends and have fun. The only thing that sometimes makes Halloween a little dangerous is teenagers who are expressing their feelings of a fun time, but even this doesn’t happen very often. Another reason why I think we should keep Halloween is because for most kids, Halloween is their favorite holiday and would be devastated if it got outlawed.
These are only a few reasons of many why I think Halloween should not be outlawed.

Ryanb D2/E2 said...

I don’t think Halloween is dangerous and I don’t think it should be outlawed either. Some people may think it should be because it’s dark and there are a lot of people, but it is actually a good thing that there are a lot of people. That is a good thing because little kids have parents to watch them, and if someone is being taken someone is bound to notice. I live in a big neighborhood with a lot of people and all I do is stay with someone and stay in sight of an adult. If you do that you will be ok since an adult will help you and the person you are with will get someone to help. In conclusion Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed and those reasons are why it is safe.

JakeBD2E2 said...

Halloween is not dangerous because its time for kids at night to go out side and have fun with friends with family. Also it would be bad on stores because they wouldn’t be able to sell the costumes and he candy. Some kids would never have the chance to celebrate it if they banded it. Its not dangerous also because if you have parents with you and most people do they can stop any thing that happens if it does. If you are safe and you check the candy before you open it you should be ok. If the house looks weird don’t go up to it

CarlND2E2 said...

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Children just need to be careful and always have an adult with them. They should not be alone in dangerous parts of town. If a house looks sketchy they should not go up to it. There are plenty of other houses with great candy to go to. Also if you are safe and check your candy before you eat it you have nothing to worry about. Its many kids favorite Holiday and a chance to get some free candy!
Halloween is a great, fun, scary night!

StephanieSD2E2 said...

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed because is it for kids. Kids are not going to be trick or treating by themselves, they will most likely have an adult with them. Halloween is once a year and kids like to hangout with friends and have fun. If it was outlawed kids would be sad and they wouldn’t like it if they took the fun night away from them. In conclusion, I think that Halloween is safe and should be celebrated for many more years.

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Some people are worried Halloween is too dangerous, and kids could get stolen, and abused, or even poisoned by people who did bad stuff to candy. The chances of a kid getting taken on Halloween, are next to nothing because there are parents there usually and tons of other people. Also if any candy looks bad then you can just throw it away. Most kids that trick or treat are young and always have parents with them so nothing bad can happen. The older kids are usually in groups and if something does happen they can get help. Halloween is not dangerous and is supposed to be fun for them not bad, and outlawing it would be a big mistake.

Halloween is not dangerous and should definitely not be outlawed. Halloween is a fun holiday celebrated by millions of people every year. Some people may be worried that someone would give their child a poisoned candy, but that’s why adults are there with their child to check if the candy wrapper has been opened. A holiday like Halloween would not be around still if it was dangerous. Halloween was meant for kids to have fun so would you want to ruin it for them? Think about it this way, there are more innocent people in the world than evil, so how many people would really want to hurt children? No one wants Halloween to disappear, children love it, and it isn’t dangerous as long as an adult is with you, so why in the world would you want to outlaw it?

ColeSD2E2 said...

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Halloween is the only time of year kids can run around asking for candy wearing crazy outfits. Halloween is not dangerous it should not be outlawed. Halloween is a great holiday for everyone. All the kids get to go trick or treating and get tones of candy with friends. Plus the one of best is just wearing a costume with your friends and it’s the only time of the year you can do that. They can not outlaw Halloween because then every child in America would miss out on all that fun.

EthanS D2/E2 said...

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Although people think that Halloween is extremely dangerous because of stalkers and creepy people, it isn’t as dangerous as many may think. If you fear for their children’s lives, then why would any of you let your children go alone without an adult? Wouldn’t it be your fault if your children got hurt? Halloween is just a fun traditional holiday for years and is the only time of the year where kids get to dress up in costumes and go around to get candy. All those kidnappings don’t happen on Halloween, they happen at other times. Halloween is one of the holidays where there is less danger because of all the other people out “Trick or Treating,” too. So unless your children are going out getting drunk instead of “Trick or Treating,” your kids are most likely 100% safe, unless you put them in danger.ementsbk

Halloween is not dangerous and should definitely not be outlawed. Halloween is celebrated by thousands of people every year and if it was so dangerous then we wouldn’t celebrate it anymore. This holiday is meant for kids so how could it possibly be so dangerous. If it was dangerous enough to be outlawed then most parents wouldn’t let their kids celebrate even though Halloween is a time that kids are happy and can have fun with their friends. Also parents are supposed to go with their children to make sure that their children are safe and check their candy to make sure it’s not poisoned.

AndrewVD2E2 said...

Halloween is a fun and great holiday when kids get to go out, get candy, and hangout with their friends. People have been trick-or-treating forever and there is nothing dangerous about that. But if a house looks mysterious then kids should not go up to it and ask for candy in case the person was crazy. It is also some kids favorite holiday because they love candy. If it was outlawed than some kids would get really upset because they want a bunch of free candy. Also, nothing has ever actually happened to somebody trick-or-treating so what are the odds that something would happen to somebody? About 0% because nothing has ever happened before. So Halloween is a fun holiday for kids.

dylanHD2E2 said...

I believe Halloween should not be outlawed. I also think it is safe if you are. It is great opportunities for kids to have a great time and get what we all want free candy. If the place that you are going doesn’t look so good it will be best if you stayed away from there.
I think Halloween shouldn’t be outlawed.

paulsD2E2 said...

Halloween shouldn’t be outlawed because it is holiday to time to spend with your family. It is a time to spend with friends and have a good time. I also think that it shouldn’t be outlawed because you also get a lot of exercise from walking up and down. If you live in a neighborhood then you are safer then people that trick or treat in a neighborhood with a lot of woods. There are downs from Halloween like if there is a sketch house don’t go up to it and if the candy you get is open then don’t eat it. You have to be safe when you go out and trick or treating for Halloween and be sure that you are never by yourself.

EmilyAD2E2 said...

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Halloween is safe as long as you are smart and safe about it. If you are just going trick-or-treating with your friends to places that you do not know, it can be dangerous. If you are trick-or-treating with your friends and an adult and going to places that you do know, then it is safe. You should only go to peoples houses that you, your parents, or your family knows. So, if you are smart and safe about where you are trick-or-treating, then Halloween is safe and should not be outlawed.

joanieqd2e2 said...

Halloween is not dangerous and it shouldn’t be outlawed. The argument is that Halloween is dangerous because of trick or treating but not everyone trick or treats. Some people have parties or celebrate in other ways. For the people who are trick or treating, it doesn’t have to be dangerous. Halloween is a nice holiday that gives kids a reason to be happy, dress up once a year, have a lot of candy, and spend times with their friends and family. If you are smart on Halloween and make good choices, it can be a safe holiday.

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Plus it is just a fun day for kids to dress-up and get free candy. In conclusion Halloween is safe and should NOT be outlawed.

Halloween is not dangerous. It should not be outlawed. It’s the parent’s responsibility to make sure their kids are safe. It’s the parent’s fault most of the time that kids get hurt because the parents weren’t being responsible for their kids. Anyway if the government outlawed Halloween, kids would get a lot of disappointment on October 31 every single year. One of the points of Halloween is to have fun with your friends and to get to dress up just to walk around asking for candy. It would be ridiculous to not let kids just pig out on the couch with candy once a year.

Rachel G D2E2 said...

Halloween should not be outlawed because it is not dangerous. Also because it is the one day that people can dress up as whatever they want. It is not dangerous because you usually know the neighborhood that you are going to. If you don’t know the neighborhood than usually you have an adult with you. So Halloween should not be outlawed for those reasons.

Halloween is not dangerous and it should not be outlawed. Many kids love Halloween and the candy that they get. If Halloween is outlawed then many kids will be disappointed. If you are worried about it being dangerous, then you can just go with your parents and it won’t be as dangerous. If kids go to a big neighborhood that is known for being a good neighborhood or has people on the neighborhood watch, then kids could go trick or treating there with their parents and it will be even more safe. Just because there are some unfriendly people doesn’t mean that they are all unfriendly, and if you go to a neighborhood you have lived in or gone trick or treating many years before and it was safe, then you could go there if you are worried about it being dangerous. In the many years that I have gone trick or treating I have never been in a situation where it was dangerous.

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. It will just make the child upset and ruin their experience of Halloween.

Halloween is not dangerous and shouldn’t be outlawed. Halloween is a fun holiday for all kids because they get to dress up, stay up late, and best of all get candy for free. I personally love getting free candy…that is if it is safe to eat. If people think receiving candy from strangers is bad then we can fix that solution by having kids trick or treat in their neighborhood. If some kids don’t have neighborhoods then they could go with a friend to their neighborhood or go with relatives somewhere. Also some people might be distressed that kids are out on the streets at night. Well if you go to a big neighborhood were many families live , then those people will know that trick or treaters will be out so they will make sure that they don’t have to go anywhere at night ,but if they do then those people in the cars will drive extra slow knowing there will be many kids running around. Halloween is not dangerous if you just go into a safe/family dwelling neighborhood. The whole point of trick or treating is to where funs costumes and receive free candy, so Halloween should not be outlawed…ever!

Most kids have strict parents and they don’t get to eat candy or have fun and this is the one night they get to that stuff I know my parents don’t let me eat candy unless it’s Halloween. I mean who wouldn’t want to go out side dressed as there favorite monster/ghoul or favorite cartoon character. I think Halloween is dangerous. Halloween is dangerous because there are a lot of bad things that can happen to people and kids. The first reason is that a lot of teenagers go to parties and get drunk then they go and drive home but get in crashes. Second reason is that some adults and kids don’t pay attention to cars. The third and last reason is that you don’t know what people could do to the candy.

It is only one day each year that people go out trick or treating in search for candy. So there is no reason for Halloween to outlawed.

Its fun to see what costumes other people have for there trick or treat costumes. So in my conclusion Halloween is awesome and sometimes frightening witch is good. Happy Halloween!!!!!

Halloween is not dangerous and it should be allowed to be celebrated. Halloween is a time when kids and their friends and families go out all dressed up in a costume of their choice. When they get to a house they say “Trick or Treat” and they get candy. Sometimes people lure you in by telling you that they have candy then someone jumps out at you and scares you. That is the whole point of Halloween is to be with your friends and family and have fun. So I think that Halloween should be legal and allowed and a fun activity that you and you friends and family should all enjoy together.

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. I think it should not be outlawed because there a lot of people of trick or treating at the same time you are so if anything happens, there are people out there to witness what might have gone wrong. Another reason why I think Halloween should not be outlawed is because kids look forward to this day. They get to eat candy, dress up scary or not, and be with their friends. If parents do think it is dangerous, they should supervise their children and before they eat the candy check if it is safe to eat.

Halloween is not dangerous and shouldn’t be outlawed. Halloween is a fun thing for children to do with their friends and family. They go out in their neighborhood and “Trick or Treat” for candy at peoples houses. It many seem boring by how I am explaining it but it is actually pretty fun to do. You dress up as your favorite cartoon character, celebrity, or anything than you can think of. But you may think, really you think I want random people giving my children candy at night time? I know it may seem creepy to some, but if anything goes wrong there should always be adult supervision at all times if the child or children are 2+ until about the age 16. Now see, Halloween isn’t as bad as you thought? Halloween is a fun, and entertaining thing to do, so Halloween is not dangerous and shouldn’t be outlawed.

I think Halloween is not dangerous and it should not be outlawed. My opinion on why Halloween shouldn’t be outlawed is kids love getting candy and dressing up. It’s also a day where they can have fun with friends. Another opinion I have is that every child should be supervised by their parents incase something does happen. Also a good idea before kids eat the candy from going from house to house is to check it out before eating it. I think they should check the candy incase the people put something in it. Halloween is a great holiday to dress up. You can literally be anything you want to be. I think it’s great because people can express their feelings through their costumes. That is just a couple of my opinions on why Halloween is not dangerous and shouldn’t be outlawed.

I think that Halloween is not dangerous and should not be banned because it is a holiday celebrated not only for free candy, but for celebrating the spirits and ghouls that are said to come back to life on Halloween night. Many say legends come to life, such as the ones of Slenderman, Eyeless Jack, Sally, Melody, Jane, and Smile Dog. Kids and families enjoy the night not only because of candy, but the fact that families tend to have more time together and have a ton of fun. A lot of people go to parties and keep cars off the road. Also, people stay at the parties until late at night, when kids have usually gone home to bed, so the risk of people getting injured is significantly low. People may have their own opinions if Halloween is dangerous or not, or if it should be outlawed or not, but Halloween is almost all about the children.

Halloween is not dangerous, and it should not be outlawed. It is a fun holiday where kids dress as someone else, and get candy. Although some people may consider this dangerous, there are many ways to prevent this holiday from being dangerous at all. For safety reasons, some people only trick or treat only in their neighborhood with people they know. There is no danger in that. Most kids trick or treat with adults around too. Then, nothing should go wrong. All kids should be able to experience this annual fun night! And, if you are not comfortable with trick or treating, then maybe you should stay at home and give out candy!

CassidyFA2B2 said...

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Although some people think its dangerous, its really not as long as you follow the trick or treating rules: always bring a flashlight with you, stay to the side of the rode or on a sidewalk, watch where your going, always have an adult with you, make sure you can see out of your costume, and always check your candy for any openings in the wrapper. As long as you follow these rules, Halloween will not be dangerous. Therefore Halloween should not be outlawed.

Halloween is a holiday that is safe and fun for kids and adults. Kids love Halloween because they get free candy and there is nothing more that kids love then candy. They get to be whatever they want, whether it’s a superhero or their favorite superhero. Halloween shouldn’t be outlawed because everyone has fun trick or treating with their friends and family.

I think Halloween should be outlawed because it is dangerous. It should be outlawed because you don’t know were that candy has been. People could have manhandled it and put poison it in it. Also they could have put razor blades in the chocolate. And chocolate is just bad for you anyway and it causes cavities. So yes Halloween should be outlawed because it is dangerous and unsafe.

JamesFA1 said...

Halloween is not a dangerous holiday and it should not be outlawed. Halloween can not be outlawed because of all the kids who love dressing up in there costumes. Having a good time with all there friends and getting to have sleepovers and running and all the things you do especially the candy. Kids on Halloween have the best time and they get to buy all new costumes. One of the best things is getting to scare your parents and scaring friends because it’s so FUN.

Halloween is not a dangerous holiday and should not be outlawed. Halloween should not be outlawed because it’s a chance for kids to get candy. Halloween is an exiting and scary holiday to most people. Halloween is a chance to get costumes and have lots of fun. Most kids look forward to Halloween in October I know that I do.

The average American spends some time and lots of money on Halloween. Costumes go from homemade or hundreds of dollars. Homemade could be a charcoal beard and a flannel shirt to a silk gown expensive makeup and a necklace. Halloween is when kids get stomachaches from eating handfuls of candy. Rowdy rude kids egg houses and throw toilet paper at houses and leave kids alone for the night.

KyleR/A1B1 said...

Halloween should not be outlawed, and it is not dangerous. Every year in October kids are counting down the days until Halloween. Millions of kids around the world celebrate Halloween in some kind of way. Most go trick-or-treating, but others like to throw parties, or just invite friends over. Outlawing Halloween would disappoint many kids out there. Many people say it is dangerous, but as long as everybody stays safe and cautious, Halloween is not dangerous, and shouldn’t be outlawed.

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Halloween should not be outlawed because it is a very fun holiday for people of all ages. It is the one day of the year where kids can dress up as whatever they want and go around getting free candy. Kids look forward to this holiday to run around and have fun. It can even be a fun holiday for adults to dress up. Halloween should not be outlawed and these are some of the reasons why.

I think Halloween is not dangerous and it should not be outlawed. Could you imagine the sadness and heartbreak of the children throughout America? It is the one night that they can dress up, be silly, and eat free candy without being judged. I mean, what’s the worst that could happen? It’s not like there are terrorists just sitting around behind every bush in town. Probably, the worst that could happen is someone slips and falls on their face (happened to me on Halloween). I mean, sugar crashes can solve problems. Just think, we sleep so well when we sugar crash.

I think Halloween is dangerous but, it should not be outlawed. I think it is dangerous because a lot of people don’t take the time to look both ways to cross the road. Many people get hit by cars and are injured badly. Also, you don’t know where the candy has been. It is dangerous but, it should not be outlawed because its what I look and many other people look forward to in October. It is the night for kids/adults to dress up. Scary or funny many people love it! In my neighborhood there is so many houses to get A LOT of candy!

HunterFA1B1 said...

Halloween is not a dangerous and should not be outlawed because kids enjoy it and love the candy. It’s also fun to do pranks and scar your friends. Kids like run from house to house to get as much candy as possible. I love Halloween because I love all the candy. Halloween is really fun for kids because they get to have a lot of candy and have fun costumes.

Halloween should not be outlawed because it contributes to children’s happiness around the world. Treats aren’t given out every day, and kids like to dress up and have fun. Some parents are afraid that bad people are lurking in the shadows, but there are also people in the broad daylight that can help if any thing goes wrong. The worst that I have heard of people getting hurt on Halloween is falling when wrapped up in a ghost costume. If you are afraid of your neighbors giving candy to children, you should consult a doctor. Halloween is a very safe holiday.

I think Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Halloween is a good holiday because you get so much candy. Another reason I think Halloween is a good holiday because it is a chance for people to hang out with friends in strange costumes. Another reason that Halloween is a good holiday because you are able to scare other people which is fun. Another reason that Halloween is a good holiday because it is a good source of exercise for kids and adults.

Halloween is not a dangerous holiday and should not be outlawed. Halloween is a great holiday to dress up and have fun with your friends. I think there should be cautions with Halloween. But it should not be outlawed. Kids look forward to this and are excited for this holiday. If Halloween was outlawed there wouldn’t be a holiday from Columbus Day to thanksgiving. That’s why Halloween is not a dangerous holiday. People should be cautious but it should not be outlawed.

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Halloween is a time for little kids to have fun and get candy. If there was no Halloween kids would be devastated. If a parent said to their child who is 5 years old that they should be excited for the most fun time of the year, and they told them that time was October thirty first, and then the best time of the year was suddenly outlawed kids would not be able to walk around as their favorite characters. Parents go out and buy their kids costumes to see the look on their face after they get pounds of candy and they eat it all in one night. That is the happiest face that a kid makes, the hyper-active face. This is why Halloween should not be outlawed.

MatthewSA1 said...

Halloween is not a dangerous holiday and should not be outlawed. Halloween is a holiday where you could trick people and get candy and have fun. This is the only time you can actually pull pranks and scare people without getting in trouble. You can dress up and go from house to house to get candy. You can hang out with your friends and scare them.

VictoriaBA1B1 said...

Halloween is dangerous and should be outlawed. This is for many reasons. Halloween may sound like a really fun holiday, but Halloween has many dark sides. When kids are out trick-or-treating they are walking out in the street, going from house to house getting candy. Many people don’t think anything of this and their kids almost get run over by a car, but others aren’t so fortunate. Another dark side that Halloween is what older kids do to people’s houses. Many times on Halloween, High Schoolers usually, either egg peoples houses or throw toilet paper all over their yards. So, Halloween is dangerous and should be outlawed. Also, what is the point, the only purpose it serves, is so kids can shove candy down their throats.

JackieBA1B1 said...

I think Halloween is dangerous but it should still not be outlawed. Children always have so much fun but teenagers still like scaring and doing other thin that nobody likes. If children are scared they should hang out with there parent. Teens should not be allowed to do that but it is practically a holiday. Children look forward to these holiday and they don’t want that to get ruined.

In October the holiday of Hallows Eve or as we know it “Halloween” is a time of all ages to dress up as their favorite characters and go around “Trick-or-Treating.” If anybody ever took this holiday away, kids would never get time to enjoy times with their friend, throw creepy Halloween parties and get so much candy they cant eat it all in one night. So I believe that if you took away Halloween their would be no more memories made. I also think that Halloween is not dangerous holiday it is just a time for kids to eat so much candy they can’t get out of bed in the morning.

Halloween is not dangerous and it should not be outlawed. Halloween is a time for children of all ages to dress up and have fun. Most of all, kids will get to have a lot of candy. Many people in the world celebrate Halloween and is apart of there childhood. Many parents today tell their children about their childhood experiences. Halloween should not be band because it’s apart of children’s childhood memories of dressing up, and having fun.

Halloween is not dangerous, and should not be outlawed. Halloween is the one day of the year where kids can dress up and be what ever they want, and go around the neighborhood door to door getting pounds of candy just by saying three words - “Trick or Treat.” If Halloween is outlawed kids everywhere will be devastated. We would be breaking a tradition. Everyone has so much fun and love this holiday! With out Halloween, October 31st would just be another boring day of the year. 

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Kids have fun on Halloween and it gives them something to do. The candy you get when trick or treating makes people happy. Halloween should not be outlawed because it is not a scary night, it is a night where kids wear costumes and get their candy. People decorate houses and have fun and the decoration is usually cool.

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Halloween is the one night where kids can be whatever they want to be. Outlawing Halloween would be like outlawing creativity. Halloween is everyone’s chance to see what kid can dream up and put into reality and that should not be taken away. It is a great opportunity to see kids happy and having fun while still getting exercise from walking from house to house. Halloween is a great idea and should not be confiscated.

Halloween is a fun holiday for kids to have fun. I think that Halloween should not be outlawed. Some reasons why I think Halloween should not be outlawed is because it gives kids some time to have fun with their friends and. Even most parent love Halloween. You get a chance to wear a cool costume and get candy! All in all I think that all these things show that Halloween is not dangerous and it is just another fun holiday to celebrate that is why I think Halloween should not be outlawed.

Halloween in not dangerous, and should not be outlawed. As long as you obey the rules and you act and think safe, it should be all fun! Halloween is a holiday that people all around the world look forward to. They enjoy dressing up, going to parties, playing games, and most important trick or treating. It’s the highlight of October, and we should keep this holiday. Maybe you should ask all the werewolves, ghosts, goblins, and ghouls what they think about this argument, they would definitely disapprove, they might be mad if anyone even dared to ask if it should be outlawed. So on Halloween night, just watch out for all these creatures if you disagree with this statement!

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. It is not dangerous if there is adult supervision. If an adult is not with them that is there fault. It is a fun celebration for kids to get candy given to them for free. Also, it is a way of giving to the kids. It gets kids outside and getting exercise. So as long as there is adult supervision Halloween is safe.

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Halloween a time of year were kids of all ages can go door to door, dressed up as whatever they want, and ask for candy. How is that dangerous? Even though it is the night time, adults are with the children, supervising them at all times. Also, most of the time the kids trick-or-treat only to houses they know. Children have so much fun wearing costumes and eating candy. Halloween is even more than candy and costumes though. People set up haunted houses and fun games for kids to enjoy. No one would want to take all that away from children.

Halloween day that is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Halloween is a day kids and their families get to go around their neighborhood or to there families house to get free candy at various amounts. There is not danger it is a fun day for all and should not be outlawed. You can dress up like something funny, silly, cool, or scary and not get yelled at. You play pranks on your brother’s and sister’s. Or go around playing pranks on people like ding dong ditch and try not to get caught. And everyone loves the day after when you’re eating so much candy before school so you’re full of sugar or when the night before you eat so much candy you throw up. Halloween is a fun day and should not be outlawed.

I think Halloween should not be outlawed. Halloween is known for the enjoyment kids have getting dressed up in silly costumes and the free candy they receive, not for being dangerous. Therefore, Halloween should not be outlawed. If we take away Halloween, we take away family traditions passed down from generation from generation. So, if you don’t want to make all the little kids throughout the world cry every October, then I would suggest not to outlaw Halloween.

Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Candy and costumes and decorations make Halloween fun and exciting. If Halloween is outlawed you may as well take Christmas and birthdays away from kids too. Some people strive on Halloween and prepare all year with decorations and costumes. Halloween is not dangerous and should not be outlawed. Halloween is a time when kids have a choice to pick an awesome costume. Also, kids get candy and they love it! You always see little kids running in costumes and shouting “Trick-or-treat!” That’s because they love Halloween and the fact that they get tons of candy. To add to that, if you outlaw Halloween, kids running and shouting “Trick-or-treat!” won’t have that opportunity ever again. As parents, you want your child to have the best childhood possible and taking away a huge part of it would be terrible. That is why I think Halloween should not be outlawed.

Halloween is not a dangerous holiday and it should totally not be outlawed. I think children across the world would be disappointed that there wouldn’t be a Halloween. You can tell that some candy has been tampered with if it looks like it has been open. Though I have been on this earth a while and I haven’t gotten one piece of candy that has been open. Halloween is also a time to decorate the house with creepy décor and to have fun. I think the month of October would be totally different with out it.

Halloween isn’t dangerous and should not be outlawed. First off, Halloween is made for kids who like candy and spooky movies and costumes. It is fun for kids to dress up in whatever costume they want to be. It is very unlikely for kids to be kidnapped unless they aren’t being smart and they follow someone into their house. Little kids go trick-or-treating with their parents so they don’t have to worry. Older kids know what they are doing. That is why Halloween should not be outlawed.

Halloween is a fun and scary holiday for kids and adults alike so; I believe that it is a non dangerous holiday and should by no means be outlawed. Halloween originated from All Hollows Eve which was a time when the people celebrated the lives of their ancestors and lost family members. It was said that spirits could roam free on this day only on the day of All Hallows Eve. Halloween is scary as we all know and statistics show that in most people a healthy dose of fear can make you healthier. Outlawing Halloween would mean destroying memories of little kids everywhere and not to mention all the free candy we would miss.
